I purchased this battery for a jump start device. Every once in a while a product is defective when shipped. I know it happens in my company. I tested the battery upon arrival and it was defective. I used several commercial testers to arrive at this conclusion. However; Bigtime battery replaced it immediately with no questions asked. The new battery came in and checked out at 100%. Would I make a purchase from them again....you bet as the customer service person was very understanding and shipped another immediately.
