2 Pack APC Back UPS Pro 1400 Replacement SLA Battery
The prices are hard to beat, but the service is incredible.
A few weeks back, I ordered a new battery set for my BackUPS Pro 1400, as I have a couple of times in the past several years. The batteries arrived a few days later (ahead of schedule), but one of them was damaged in shiping (if you've ever seen a Package drop off the back of a truck, you'll know what I'm talking about). I called and was told that there was no problem getting it replaced, but they were temporarily out of stock with the exact battery I had ordered. Alternateives were suggested, but I opted to wait for my original battery. Long story short, the replacement arrived well ahead of the projected timeframe and my UPS is back in business.
I've been using BigTimeBattery for a number of years, both at work and at home and will gladly continue to do so.
