First set showed up cracked, customer service sent out a second set fast. Great service, offered a refund if I wanted. The first couple charges I noticed the quad only ran about 20 minutes unlike the stock batteries that ran for almost an hour. After a couple charges I'm getting almost an hour again. Great price for replacement batteries. Not so sure about the 20% more runtime. No harness included like the description says.
Great service and people were very pleasant to deal with after I had issues.
