An Item Is Missing
Sometimes because of varying item availability and warehouse locations, you may receive more than one shipment when you place an order with multiple items. We will not charge you extra for split shipments. The invoice you receive with your order will tell you which items have been shipped separately. To Return an Item
Due to policies and procedures put in place by marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, Ebay and others. We will help the customer locate the item in which they need and have them re order the correct item. Once the other item is received back we will provide a full refund less the shipping amount. This is only applied to customer who ordered the incorrect item.
In the event we send the wrong item we will gladly exchange at no cost.
We do this because we do not have the authority to bill the customers card in the event they don’t sent back the other item.
